Winter Seminar with Keira D’Amato

Feb 17 – 18, 2024

In the world of distance running, Keira D’Amato stands out not just for her incredible athletic prowess, but also for her infectious love of laughter and humor. Widely known for her track achievements, D’Amato has become a beloved figure in the running community, bringing a unique blend of talent and joy to every stride.

A Comedic Runner
What sets Keira D’Amato apart is not just her impressive times, but also her penchant for humor. Embracing the lighter side of life, she often shares her love for comedy and jokes, injecting levity into the often intense world of professional running. Whether it’s cracking jokes with fellow runners or finding humor in the challenges of training, D’Amato’s positive and light-hearted approach is a breath of fresh air in the running community. Join Keira for an exclusive, and humorous, Mix & Mingle and share some laughs, hors d’oeuvres, and a signature cocktail/mocktail.  Limited to 75 people.

Record-Breaking Performances
Beyond her humor, Keira D’Amato has left an indelible mark on the running world with her remarkable performances. From breaking records in the half marathon to displaying consistent excellence in various distances, she has become a role model for all runners looking to combine dedication with a positive mindset. Keira currently holds the American women’s half marathon record, holds the second fastest qualifying time heading into the Olympic Trials, and does all this while balancing her roles as wife, mother, Realtor and entrepreneur. Join Keira as she gives her Winter Seminar speech and tells us how she does it all, how the Olympic Trials went, and what makes her laugh.  Limited to 150 people.

Community Connection
D’Amato’s presence extends beyond the professional running circuit. She actively engages with her community, sharing insights, experiences, and a good laugh with her followers on Strava and social media. Her down-to-earth approach makes her relatable to runners of all levels, fostering a sense of camaraderie within the broader running community. Join Keira for a fun-filled Community Pun Run (with coffee & donuts) on Sunday while helping others in our community; proceeds from the run benefit H.O.P.E. of Winston-Salem (Help Our People Eat) – which works at the intersection of children’s health and food insecurity.

In the world of Keira D’Amato, running is not just about chasing records; it’s about embracing the joy of the journey, finding humor in the process, and connecting with a community that shares the same passion. As she continues to inspire with her performances and positive spirit, D’Amato reminds us all that, sometimes, the best runs are the ones fueled by laughter and a genuine love for the sport.
