To sum up myself in a nutshell: I try to live life to the fullest and am grateful for everything I’ve experienced along the journey.
I am originally from: Clarksville, Tennessee.
I’ve been in Winston-Salem for: 5 and a half years.
I became a TCTC member because: I keep seeing them at races and events and would love to join the community!
I’ve been a “runner” since: I grew up playing soccer, hated pure running and completed two marathons before I really started considering myself a “runner.” I got a job at Fleet Feet DC, started running and racing all the time, and really fell in love with the sport.
My motivation to run is: It makes me feel alive and makes me a better human being.
When I’m not running, I enjoy: Being with my family, cycling, swimming, reading and being outside in nature.
