Twin City Track Club’s charity partners for the 2022 Beat the Heat race received checks to support their missions. These funds were donated by runners in this year’s race. You truly made a difference!
Ainsley’s Angels in the Triad promotes teamwork, fitness and inclusion by pairing an able-bodied runner with a special needs athlete rider. TCTC’s donation of $4,330.48 will go toward the purchase of specialized racing chairs to service a rapidly expanding athlete rider base.
A donation of $3,998.48 to Learning Everyday Accomplishing Dreams (LEAD) Girls of North Carolina provide tools and resources to enable low-income/at-risk preteen girls to become productive citizens and active leaders in their communities.
