Break Through Injuries

The research is clear, if you didn’t know from your own experience: If you run, you are likely to experience an injury at some point. Allowing yourself to heal properly is the best way to ensure long-term health and a long life as a runner, but keeping your fitness momentum while healing can be a challenge.
