Seven months, seven 5K races on a super-flat course. Sounds like we are ready for the 2023 edition of Twin City Track Club’s $5K at Jamison Park, located at 285 Meadowlark Drive.
Come out the second Tuesday of each month—April through October—to run with others and enjoy some friendly competition. This series is great to keep you in shape for races, give you a nice recovery run with friends, or just get you out on the (nicely paved) trail.
Races are capped at 150 runners, so please register in advance to secure your spot. Registration for all races opens at midnight on March 1, and each race will have a waitlist if we go over 150 runners.
All races April–September will take place at 6:30 p.m.; October’s race will begin at 6 p.m.
Will we have awesome prizes and giveaways like 2022? You’ll have to race to find out!

A few details for 2023:
- Registration will open by March 1 for all races in the series.
- Runners will be able to register for all races at one time.
- Race day registration will be allowed up to 15 minutes before the start of each race.
- “Dynamic bib” assignment will start with the April race.
- The minimum number of races to be eligible for prizes will be five races.
